In April, 2020, Mark began his tenure at Grace Church, right at the beginning of the pandemic shutdown. He and his family moved from his previous church in New Jersey. Mark, a native East Coaster obtained his undergraduate degree from Hamilton College in New York and a Masters of International Business degree from the University of South Carolina in Columbia. He and his wife Pat moved to California where he worked in finance in the Silicon Valley. During that time Mark and Pat attended Trinity Presbyterian Church in Santa Cruz, CA. With the support of the church, Mark explored the call to ordained ministry. He attended and graduated from Union Presbyterian Seminary in Richmond, VA. His extensive career has led him to serve in Associate and Senior Pastor roles in both small and large churches in Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, California, New Jersey and now back to California.

Jumi joined Grace Presbyterian Church in the spring of 2022. She directs both the Bell Choir and Chancel Choirs at Grace. Jumi has reinstated a monthly concert series and brings many talented musicians and singers into the church on Sundays and at her Free Concert Series. Multi-talented Jumi has been a featured soloist at various concerts including Mozart Requiem and Coronation Mass, and Vivaldi Gloria in collaboration with many orchestras and ensembles in the Bay Area and Central Coast. Ms. Kim has also performed various operatic roles including Countess in Mozart’s The Marriage of Figaro, Donna Elvira in Mozart’s Don Giovanni, Gilda in Verdi’s Rigoletto, and Cio-Cio San in Puccini’s Madama Butterfly. Ms. Kim taught voice at Indiana Wesleyan University, Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne, and Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo. She received her doctoral degree in vocal performance from Ball State University, master’s from Indiana University, and bachelor’s from Ewha Woman’s University in Seoul, Korea. Currently Jumi Kim is an active soloist in the Bay Area while teaching at Oikos University in Oakland, serving as music director at Grace Presbyterian Church and as executive director of Celeste Solo Ensemble.
Debora is the Office Administrator for Grace Presbyterian Church. As the communications hub for the church, she updates the church website, creates the Constant Contact marketing messages, and publishes the weekly Sunday service bulletins and the monthly Grace In The World newsletters. She is the friendly person that you’ll meet when you call or stop by the office. She loves her role here at Grace.
Linda Neyer is the volunteer Treasurer for Grace Presbyterian Church. She has a long history with the church. Her father, the Rev. Bill Llewellyn, was a parish associate with the church. Linda, who is retired after many years of financial management experience with large corporations, has been instrumental in modernizing church financial and administrative operations. She continues to have an active advisory and leadership role in the management of the church.
Wendy has been a Grace Church member since 2013. She recently took over the volunteer position of Assistant Treasurer. Wendy is an active professional accountant.
Faye is a Grace Church member who took on the staff position of Financial Secretary at the end of 2021. She handles the pledge and financial records for the church.
Joe Lim is our wonderful church pianist who provides us with sacred music each Sunday.
