You are invited to attend the Grand Opening of the “Hope Village” Walnut Creek on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 3:00 pm. After years of planning and preparation, we are excited to announce this significant milestone for Grace Presbyterian Church, Hope Solutions, Firm Foundation, Pulte Group, and Homeaid Northern California. You may have viewed the architectural drawings, the building of the foundations, and the actual movement of the homes being placed on their foundations. Now we will all get to see this community of homes in real life.
